How It Works
By preparing your mailing in accordance with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and delivering it to designated postal processing facility, your mailing is eligible to receive the lowest possible postal rate!
CASS Certification
Standardizes the formatting of addresses in you list to be in compliance with postal regulations.
Delivery point Validation
Addresses in you list are compared against the USPS database verifying that they are valid address in the United States.
PAVE Presorting
Postal Service approved software is used to sort your list and organize it in an order that is optimal for delivery – this ensures you pay the lowest possible postal rate.
Addressing
Top quailty, state-of-the-art equipment is used to address each piece of your mailing. This includes a barcode that streamlines your mailing for quick and accurate delivery.
Tabbing
The USPS requires that all brochures and self mailers have one or more tabs to hold them closed during the mailing process. Zoom Mailing uses clear, perforated tabs that do not obscure or damage any of your copy or artwork.
Post Office Delivery
Each mailing is sorted, bundled and delivered to USPS.
3602 Statement
After your mailing in inspected and accepted by the USPS, we provide you the official 3602 statement verifying when your mailing was sent and the amount of postage paid.
